If you have any other insurance, please call to find out if they cover acupuncture out-of-network. You will be given a receipt for services which you can then submit for reimbursement.
If you would like us to check your benefit information, please fill out the insurance portion of the online intake form form including the first 3 letters preceding the nine-digit number for CareFirst (example: “XIL”). Please do so at least 24 hours before your Consultation appointment.
Insurance policies and plans vary greatly in terms of deductible, percentage of coverage, restrictions, and prior authorizations or referrals. The information we are able to obtain on your policy, is a quote and is not a guarantee of benefits or payment.
Also for those who do not have insurance coverage for acupuncture we have Wellness Plans. These plans provides bundled services specifically for your condition. Please inquire about the Wellness Plan at your consultation.
